Full time - Remote - 40hrs/week

As an Account Manager at Nomadz, you are truly the “face” of the company to our clients. When a client thinks of Nomadz, they will associate the company primarily with the experience you provide them with. As an Amazon PPC expert, you’ll leverage your expertise to strategically grow clients’ brands while building trust and fostering long-term relationships.

As an Account Manager, you’ll inspire and lead a team of PPC managers that are driven by these same values as well as embodying them when interacting with clients.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Client Management: Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, building strong relationships and trust.
  • Lead Client Calls: Conduct regular check-ins, strategy discussions, and performance reviews with clients.
  • Strategic Understanding: Gain a deep understanding of Amazon’s business ecosystem and Nomadz's PPC strategy.
  • Clear Communication: Articulate Nomadz’s PPC strategy to clients with clarity and confidence.
  • Team Leadership: Oversee and guide PPC Managers, ensuring alignment with client objectives and Nomadz standards.
  • Multi-Touch Engagement: Ensure consistent communication with clients through multiple touchpoints, fostering ongoing rapport.
  • Performance Accountability: Drive PPC results for clients by collaborating with the team to meet and exceed campaign goals.‍
  • Proactive Problem-Solving: Address challenges head-on, ensuring clients receive timely solutions and support.

  • Maintain high client satisfaction scores & retention through exceptional service delivery.
  • Achieve measurable PPC performance results for clients.
  • Cultivate long-term client relationships that contribute to business growth.
  • Foster a motivated, high-performing team of PPC Managers.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Experience: 1+ years as an Account Manager, Brand Manager, or in a client-facing role.
  • Amazon Expertise: Strong knowledge of Amazon PPC strategies and performance metrics.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional ability to communicate clearly, build rapport, and manage client expectations.
  • Leadership Skills: Experience managing or mentoring a team is a plus.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to think critically and provide actionable solutions to clients and the team.
  • Remote Work Proficiency: Comfortable with independent work and virtual collaboration tools.

LOCATION

  • Anywhere in the world: We embrace a fully remote work culture.

COMPENSATION

  • $2,500 - $7,500/month: Depending on experience and performance-based commission.
